Description:
Working Wardrobes’ annual Power Up for Success event is in collaboration with the Family Member Employee Assistance Program (FMEAP), hosting a MilSpouse Career & Hiring Symposium for 60–75 military spouses at Camp Pendleton.

We are seeking 30 volunteer Personal Stylists to help participants look and feel their best through our signature Wardrobe Experience. Volunteers will support clients with professional styling, outfit selection, and overall encouragement as they prepare for career opportunities.

This is an Interest Only posting. By signing up, you’re letting us know you’d like to be considered. Final assignments, roles, and shifts will be shared closer to the event.

Volunteer Roles Needed:

Personal Stylists (primary need)

Female volunteers preferred, as the majority of participants are expected to be women.

Event Date & Time:
Thursday, May 14, 2026
Approximately 8:45 AM – 2:00 PM (final shifts to be confirmed)

Location:
Camp Pendleton – Pacific Views Event Center

Transportation:
Optional transportation will be available to/from Laguna Hills

Important Requirements:

All volunteers must pass security clearance

Real ID or valid passport required for base access

Volunteers must be able to commit to the full assigned shift time

Registration deadline: Wednesday, April 1st

We’re building an interest list for volunteers who would love to support this high-impact, high-energy event. Roles range from guest-facing hospitality to behind-the-scenes support—and every role helps create a seamless, uplifting experience for our guests and honorees.

Potential Volunteer Roles

Final assignments will be confirmed closer to the event, but needs include:

Morning / Setup (starting ~8:00 AM):

Registration & vendor support

Ballroom table setup (menus, QR codes, table numbers)

Raffle tables (baskets, signage, ticket area)

Step & repeat, advice wall, and sponsor signage

Swag bag support / coat check coordination

Midday / Event Support (approx. 10:45 AM – 2:20 PM):

Greeters (valet, lobby, hallway entrance)

Registration & honoree check-in

Raffle ticket sales support

Ushers during ballroom seating

Fund-a-Need / Paddle Raise spotters

Advice Wall support

Wrap-Up / Breakdown:

Ballroom clean-up

Registration area breakdown
