About the Role
Do you enjoy connecting with people and creating a welcoming environment? Looking to build or contribute administrative and customer service skills? Join Working Wardrobes as a Front Desk Ambassador Volunteer in our Career Success Center!
As the first point of contact, you’ll play a vital role in shaping each visitor’s experience—greeting guests, answering phones, and supporting our team with administrative projects that keep our mission moving forward.
Schedule & Commitment (Please Read Carefully)
- Shifts available Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM or 1:00 PM–5:00 PM
- Commitment to one shift per week
- Minimum 3-month commitment required
- Note: Tuesday morning (8–1) is currently unavailable
We especially welcome volunteers interested in a longer-term opportunity—many of our Front Desk Ambassadors have been with us for 3+ years!

- Open to volunteers 18+
- Training provided
- Reports to the People Operations Manager and collaborates across departments
