Volunteer for Our 35th Anniversary Gala: The Power of One
Be part of a milestone celebration! On Saturday, September 20, 2025, Working Wardrobes will host its 35th Anniversary Gala at the Renaissance Newport Beach Hotel. This evening of dining, auctions, and recognition will raise vital funds to support our mission of empowering individuals through the dignity of work—and we need 50 volunteers to make it possible!
We’re looking for support in the following areas (training provided):

Gala Setup (12 volunteers, 2:00–5:00 PM) – Style and stage the silent auction and activity stations, assist with ballroom and lobby setup.

Guest Check-In (8 volunteers, 3:30–6:30 PM) – Welcome guests, confirm registrations, and set the tone for the evening.

Activity Sales (4–6 volunteers, 4:30–6:30 PM) – Engage guests at fun fundraising stations like the Bottle Pull, Giving Tree, and Golden Ticket.

Fund A Need Spotters (4 volunteers, 6:30–9:30 PM) – Record paddle numbers and donations during the live auction, then assist with check-out.

Check-Out Team (16 volunteers, 6:30–9:30 PM) – Process payments, retrieve auction items, and support a smooth guest departure.
Volunteers will play a critical role in creating an unforgettable guest experience while fueling the success of this fundraising event.
